Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup 0.250 Cornmeal, whole-grain, white
  2. 8 teaspoons 8 Dry bread crumbs whole-wheat
  3. 1 teaspoon 1 Peppers, hot chile, sun-dried
  4. 1/4 teaspoon 0.250 Paprika
  5. 1/4 teaspoon 0.250 Garlic powder
  6. 1 teaspoon 1 Spices, pepper, black al gusto
  7. 454 grams 454 catfish 4 pieces
  8. 4 tablespoons 4 Fat-free salad dressing Italian

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 380°F. Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix cornmeal, breadcrumbs, chili powder, paprika, garlic salt and pepper.
  3. If fish fillets are large, cut into serving pieces. Lightly brush dressing on all sides of fish. Coat fish with cornmeal mixture. Place fish on rack in broiler pan and spray both sides it with cooking spray. Bake uncovered 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
