If you are a man, today is the day when you can show off your culinary talents with a delicious dinner to share with your date or your family. 

To prepare a delicious and healthy meal, you don't need to be stuck eight hours in the  kitchen and you don't have to get involved in cumbersome preparations either. Here are some ideas to facilitate your life and get congratulated tonight. 

Garlic Chicken 


  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • chicken breasts boneless and skinless (4 oz each)
  • Nonstick vegetable oil spray (preferrably butter taste)
  • 2 garlics, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, halved
  • Oregano to taste 


In a bowl, combine the flour with the salt and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and dip them in the previous mixture. 

Grease a frying pan with the nonstick vegetable oil spray and place over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 4 minutes or until it begins to change its color. Place the chicken breasts on the frying pan and cook at medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

Place the chicken breasts on a serving plate and add some lime juice on top. Sprinkle oregano to taste over each chicken breast. Serve hot and enjoy!
