Perfect Wake-Up on Mother's Day

Serves 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 4  cups diced fruit
  • 2 cups Granola 
  • 8 tsp Honey roasted almonds
  • 1 tsp Almond extract
  • 2 cups Plain low-fat yogurt

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the almond extract. Add the peaches, granola and yogurt to glasses, by layers, starting and ending with the peaches. Sprinkle the almonds on top before serving.
