To moisturize skin and hair:

  • Avocados and olive oil can help to re-moisturize your skin, because they're rich in essential oils.
  • Eggs can also give your skin and hair a healthier look, because they contain a protein called biotin.

To exfoliate the skin:

  • Use crushed strawberries to remove impurities from the surface of your skin. The roughness of their seeds helps clean your skin, while vitamin C nourishes it.
  • Use this mixture over the whole body, being careful not to rub too hard.

To hydrate and purify the skin:

  • Try a mixture of oatmeal with yogurt and honey.
  • Honey is a natural antibiotic, so it helps remove bacteria from your skin and keep it clean.
  • The protein in oats and yogurt is responsible for hydration.

To tone the skin:

  • Use egg whites, beat them and place them over your face as a mask. Let dry and then rinse with lukewarm water.

To whiten your nails:

  • Place your fingers in a bowl with lime juice for 5 minutes and see how your nails turn radiant again.

For puffy eyes:

  • Use black tea bags. Place them in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then let them cool in the freezer and put them over your eyes.
  • To prevent puffy, swollen eyes, you can also place cold cucumber slices on them.

Remember that the most important thing to stay young and beautiful is to lead a healthy lifestyle: avoid smoking, wear sunscreen every day, drink enough fluids, and follow a balanced diet and exercise plan.
