Q.Can I lose weight without exercising?

A.Many people can lose weight just by lowering their calorie intake, but it is not the best way to do it. Physical activity not only helps to burn calories, it also increases your physical strength and enhances your muscle tone. Exercise also improves the working condition of your heart, lungs and joints, helps prevent chronic diseases, and improves your quality of life.
